Do you provide international shipping?

No, we just deliver within the UK.

What are your delivery options?

We offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery on all orders over £50 and free Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery on all orders below £50. Your parcel should take between 1-3 days to arrive.

We always aim to dispatch next day, however during exceptional periods such as Black Friday, Easter, Christmas and bank holidays, there may be a delay of a day or so, particularly if your order is placed later in the evening.

How do I track my order?

So long as you have provided a mobile number and email address, once your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it (at your cost) within 30 days for a full refund. For more details see terms and conditions.

 

How do I return an item?

If possible, visit a local jeweller to be measured in person. If not, use our printable ring size guide.

 

Do you offer a resize service?

Not at this time no.

Do you provide jewellery boxes?

Each piece of jewellery is lovingly secured inside its own branded jewellery box or bag. We are proud to source our Eco friendly boxes from tiny box company.

Why is your online store closed?

As explained in 'Our Story' we are a small family business and occasionally need to close the store temporarily in order to take a family break. We thank you for your understanding and will endeavor to respond to your message quickly on return.

Since our business is an online store, there is not a bricks and mortar shop which is manned all day. We can call you back if you request a callback
